Moroccan defender Mehdi Benatia has spoken of his silence and talked about his future with Juventus, after losing his side to the club and sitting in most of the matches on the bench.
In a press statement, Benatia said he was not satisfied with his current situation after only five games since the start of the season, all of them against small teams.
The former Bayern Munich and Roma midfielder said he would find it difficult to come up with an acceptable level in the coming games because of the fluctuation of his participation. However, he confirmed his willingness to participate at any time needed by coach Massimiliano Alegre.
"We'll see how things go in January," he said, hinting that his survival was tied to his team's need for and more involvement.
