Blackberry and Apple Optusus today officially unveiled the BlackBerry Evolve and BlackBerry Evolve X. Both phones share the same screen size, dual-camera, and 4000mAh battery. As you can expect, they both come pre-installed with Oreo.
BlackBerry Evolve X
As with the BlackBerry KEY2, the new BlackBerry Evolve X features a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB random memory, and 64GB internal memory that can be expanded by MicroSD.
Moreover, the BlackBerry Evolve X comes with a 5.99-inch LCD + FullHD +, making it the first blackberry without the actual Qwerty keyboard in India. There is no fingerprint sensor at the bottom of the screen, so this sensor is moved to the back of the device.
On the backend, it also includes a 12 megapixel camera for the first sensor and 13 megapixels for the second sensor, while a 16 megapixel camera is included in the front end for self-portraits. When it comes to battery, it comes with a capacity of 4000mAh and also supports Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology. As mentioned previously, this phone also comes preinstalled with Android Oreo 8.1 and BlackBerry's BlackBerry DTEK platform.
Overall, the BlackBerry Evolve X will be available in black only and will cost when it arrives in India later this month.
BlackBerry Evolve
As for the BlackBerry Evolve, it lacks wireless charging technology and 6 GB of RAM. It includes the Snapdragon 450 processor and only 4GB of RAM, as well as 64GB of internal memory that can be expanded by external MicroSD memory.
The BlackBerry Evolve also has a dual camera in the backlight, but it includes a basic sensor of 13 megapixels and a secondary sensor with the same accuracy. According to Blackberry, it says that the camera supports HDR but does not say the same thing about the BlackBerry Evolve X's dual-camera. When it comes to the front camera, it still stays at 16 megapixels.
The fast shipping technology is also missing on the BlackBerry Evolve phone, which will arrive in stores in mid-September at Indian .
