Google has announced a ban on encrypted digital currency mining programs in its Play Store, as it is evident by changing developer terms of use.
The company said it allows applications that run encrypted digital currency mining programs, but applications that exploit the computing power of a smart phone to calculate digital currencies such as Betcone or Ethrium are no longer allowed. Google has taken a similar step in April Past at the Google Chrome App Store, where she blocked applications that she claims are child-directed, but contain adult content.
