In March, Google announced that it was introducing new ways to interact with users with its default Google Android application. Perhaps the most important feature of this update is direct support for subscribing and listening to podcasts. Today, in another update, Connection, through the new button "Download episode".
Users will have customization settings for the service. They will be able to schedule deletion after a certain period of time. Whether or not the downloaded segments are listened to, they will by default remove the completed rolls after 24 hours and incomplete after 30 days. At the same time, Where the completed rings can extend the time for an additional 7 days, the rings are incomplete for 90 days.
Despite this new addition, Google's application is not a full-featured experience, unlike other services such as Pocket Cast or Google Play Music, but there are a lot of great podcast plans in the future that will be interesting to see soon.
